TELEPHONIC INTERPRETER REQUEST AGREEMENT

Definitions

Service Provider – Interpreting Agency

Customer – Entity requesting Telephonic Interpreter

Client – Visual/Spoken Language Speaking Individuals

Agreement

The Customer is of the opinion that the Service Provider has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to the Customer.

The Service Provider is agreeable to providing such services to the Customer, on the terms and conditions as set out in this Agreement.

1) The Customer may terminate this Agreement 24 hrs. prior to assignment with a written notice. The Service Provider may terminate this Agreement by giving the Customer 24hrs written notice

2) Any Assignment over 1.5 - 2 hours may require 2 Interpreters.

3) No Show- In a case wherein the Client/s does not show, the Service Provider is not responsible and shall be compensated for full agreed time.

4) The term of this Agreement will begin on the date of this Agreement and will remain in full force and effect Assignment date but subject to earlier termination as otherwise provided in this Agreement, with the said term being capable of extension by mutual written agreement of the parties.

5) It is the intention of the parties to this Agreement that this Agreement and the performance under this Agreement, and all suits and special proceedings under this Agreement, be construed in accordance with and governed, to the exclusion of the law of any other forum, by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action or special proceeding may be instituted.

By submitting the assignment electronically under www.claritylanguageaccess.com the Customer will pay to the Service Provider compensation for Services Rendered.
